Service Cancellation
- Written notice required at least 7 days before dispatch.
- Cancellation after dispatch initiation is not permitted.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for prepaid services canceled within the notice period.
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Emergency dispatches, cold chain logistics, and customized storage solutions are non-refundable once initiated.
Force Majeure
- Refunds will be considered case-by-case in unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions).
